Who is Flexitime-Care and what do we do?

Flexitime-Care was established from our desire to address the complexity of live-in care in its entirety. Flexitime-Care is an introductory care agency. You can discover more information on introductory care and its benefits here.

As a provider of introductory 24/7 live-in care in the safety of the clients’ own home, we have the following principles;

• To help take the stress and strain of daily care away from both the client and the family by the flexibility of our service. Flexitime–Care will liaise with all other providers and agencies on the clients behalf to ensure continuity of care. This enables family to spend quality time with the client.

• Flexitime-Care offers live in care support for the client at all levels through to palliative/end of life. This very often is to fulfil the wish of the client to pass away with dignity in their own home, where possible.

• Comprehensive discussion with client/representative on initial referral and further information on the operation of Flexitime–Care in the working place forwarded on request.

• Continuous communication via Andrew Holmes, founder of Flexitime-Care, at all times to ensure the established care package is operational, maintained and upgraded where required.

• An initial assessment is carried out by qualified staff in the clients home environment and a care plan actioned.

• We have a team of diverse live in carers with all relevant care qualifications and specialist experience. We also provide private consultations with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Dementia Specialists and on line private GP consultations.
